Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026.

This policy explains what Unleashed Electric collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

The estimate request form on this site is provided and hosted by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, a third-party form and scheduling platform. When you submit it, the information you enter — which may include your name, phone number, email address, and details about the work you need — is collected and processed by that platform on Unleashed Electric's behalf. We also record standard technical information such as the page you arrived from.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your request — to contact you about the work, schedule a visit, and provide an estimate. Depending on how you're contacted, this may include phone calls, text messages, or email, and may include automated or AI-assisted calls or messages if you've agreed to that kind of contact. We do not sell your information.

Consent to Be Contacted

Where the estimate form or a phone call asks for your consent to automated or AI-assisted contact, that consent is recorded by the platform handling that interaction. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by contacting us at vincentromero62@gmail.com or (951) 207-8968.

Cookies and Measurement

This site may use standard analytics and advertising-measurement tools (for example Google and Meta products) to understand traffic and measure whether advertising is working. These tools may set cookies or use similar technology. You can control cookies through your browser settings. No advertising or analytics identifiers are placed in page URLs.

Sharing

We share your submission only with the service providers that operate this site's lead delivery, messaging and scheduling on our behalf — currently GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for the estimate form — and only so they can perform those functions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and for ordinary business recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify it.

Your California Rights

California residents may have the right to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about them, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us at vincentromero62@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
