These terms apply to your use of this website and to requesting an estimate from Unleashed Electric. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them.

Estimates and Scheduling

Submitting the form is a request to be contacted — it does not create a contract or reserve a time. Any price we discuss before a site visit is a rough range. A binding price and scope are set only in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties after we have seen the work.

The Work

Unleashed Electric is a licensed C-10 electrical contractor in California (CSLB #1150713) and carries insurance. Work is performed to the edition of the California Electrical Code in force at the time, and permitted and inspected where the authority having jurisdiction requires it. Permit fees and utility charges are the customer's responsibility unless the written estimate states otherwise.

Warranty

Any workmanship warranty, and its length, is stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment pass through to you on their own terms. This site does not itself create or imply any warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Unleashed Electric is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for the licensed work itself.
